Alhaji Dahiru Abdullahi Ruma
Alhaji Dahiru Abdullahi Ruma was born over six decades ago in Katsina State.
He attended Ruma Primary School, Ruma from 1969 to 1975, under the Katsina Local Education Authority. He also holds a General Certificate of Education (GCE). Dahiru Ruma attended the Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic, where he trained as a Builder and Quantity Surveyor.
He has acquired substantial experience in Water Resource Management having worked with the following Governmental agencies before his retirement:
i. Kaduna State Water Board (1981)
ii. Katsina State Water Board (1987)
iii. Ministry of Water Resources, Katsina State (2000 - 2016)
