About Faculty of Computing
It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Faculty of Computing at the Federal University of Technology and Environmental Sciences (FUTES), Iyin-Ekiti. As one of Nigeria’s newest federal universities, FUTES is strategically positioned to champion academic excellence, innovation, and national development through science, technology, and digital transformation and the Faculty of Computing plays a central role in achieving this mission.
The Faculty was established to address the growing demand for skilled professionals in emerging fields of computing and information technology. Our commitment is to produce graduates who are not only grounded in theoretical knowledge but also equipped with the practical expertise required to lead and innovate in today’s technology-driven world.
